BACKGROUND

Shreyas communication and Services Private Limited was established in December 1997 with a mission to provide world-class products and services in the wireless communication area to domestic and international customers.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Equipments and Facilities:

• A modern vector network analyzer from Hewlett-Packard
• Outdoor Antenna Measurement Range in addition to a
  semi-open anaechoic chamber
• preparatory tools for production of quality RF cable assemblies
• A digitally controlled hot chamber
• high quality dies for plastic moldings, tools for thermoformed parts
• press tools for fabricating mounting accessories and crimping
• tools, fixtures and gauges

The company has access to the use of Anaechoic chamber and an outdoor antenna test range at a national test center at Chennai and at the Defence R&D laboratory at Bangalore.

Over the past three years, a highly supportive network of quality conscious subcontractors and suppliers of parts have been established.

The company has adopted a policy, from its inception, that it will understand and strive to fulfill all the needs of its customers and stakeholders adequately and in time. The performance of the company will be continuously evaluated in terms of the degree of excellence with which this objective is met. Continuous improvement in all the areas - quality of human resources, in-house manufacturing processes, quality of inputs and products/services offered will be the focus area for all the members of the Shreyas team. Action has been initiated to establish Quality System Management in compliance with ISO 9000 Standard. The Shreyas team works in close co-ordination with each other within a system of internal customers-supplier relationship to establish standards and work procedures that will build quality into the workflow. Focus is to be able to deliver quality results, the first time, every time.
